Complex B2B SaaS, end to end
Anyone can make screens look good. What you're really buying is the judgment that happens before the mockups exist.
Over the last 4.5+ years, I’ve partnered with product teams to solve high-stakes challenges where clarity matters more than decoration. From defining the problem and shaping the strategy to shipping the solution, I make complicated work feel simple.

The short version
Anyone can make screens look good. What you're really buying is the judgment that happens before the mockups exist.
Working in Figma and Claude Code, I take design-system components from prompt to production in days and the fun part is my judgment stays in the loop.

SELECTED WORK, 3 CASES
Campaign Automator builds Google Ads campaigns at a scale no human could manage by hand. Its preview screen is where advertisers approve thousands of changes to a live account, and it was burying them in warnings. I rebuilt it around the decision itself.

Invoicing was an 8-minute ritual of dread. We rebuilt it around how finance teams actually work. The system already knows the number, so an invoice became evidence you approve, not a document you rebuild.

I tokenized our foundations and taught Claude Code to build to them, then wrote the standard for how AI-built work gets reviewed across the org. Try the output yourself, one act down.

Shivam has a knack for taking messy, complex problems and turning them into simple, intuitive experiences that feel obvious in hindsight.
I could completely rely on him to translate requirements into seamless user journeys. Shivam works well in ambiguity.
He doesn't just execute screens, but takes the effort to understand the problem deeply before jumping into solutions.
A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to outstanding user experiences.
He actively seeks input from stakeholders, ensuring that his designs meet both user needs and business goals.
His ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces impressed me the most.
He is always willing to help with whatever is needed and is always looking for ways to improve the design process.
